Business Consulting covers a wide variety of items. There are times when clients want business advice above and beyond tax planning and accounting system questions. Decisions on current or future expansion, financing and personnel decisions are all examples of these situations.

If you receive a letter stating you are under audit you will most likely feel the anxiety that comes along with it. While it may be your first experience, take comfort in the fact that I have represented clients both in front of the IRS as well as various states.

I believe clients should plan throughout the year to avoid any surprises upon filing their returns. With proper planning often times potential issues can be avoided and even if they cannot, it is still preferable to obtain this information as early as possible and plan accordingly.
